Before Your Visit
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment may include intake, a discussion of your goals, consent, treatment planning, and ongoing communication about your comfort level.
Do you provide insurance receipts?
Yes. Receipts can be provided for clients to submit to their insurance provider where applicable. Please confirm your coverage, referral requirements, and plan details directly with your provider.
Do you offer direct billing?
Direct billing may be available for eligible insurance plans when supported by your insurer. Please bring your insurance details and be prepared to pay any remaining balance.
Is cupping included?
Cupping may be included when appropriate and with your consent. It will be discussed before treatment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full appointment fee. Please manage changes through JaneApp as early as possible.
Where do I park?
POTENTIAL is located at Unit 10, 1540 McDougall St, Windsor, ON N8X 3N2. Parking is available in the lot. Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
